A major refurbishment of the Arts Centre in Vane Terrace in Darlington incorporating; a new Studio Theatre, dressing rooms, revamped foyer, kitchen, restaurant, community art gallery, function room, sensory garden and a remodelled entrance plaza to incorporate a specially commissioned art work by Angela Connor.

The whole was designed to exemplar specifications for  accessibilty in line with standards for public buildings established by Darlington Borough Council.
